From the Spring
Spectacular Car Show in Parksville, here are some pics of a
sweet 2004 Cobra
Convertible, owned by John Anderson.
Here is Johns
story....
2004 Mustang Cobra
The Ford Mustang Cobra is a bit
legendary, especially since Carrol Shelby's involvement in the early years
of production. This 2004 model is the last one to be made at the Dearborn,
Michigan factory and may become a collector's item. Only 1,896
convertibles were made, and only 299 in "Screaming Yellow". But yellow
would not have been my first choice...
The car is built by Ford's
Special Vehicle Team
(SVT). Specs on the car can be
found here.
It is an awesome
car to drive because it sounds and feels powerful, and handles corners
like there's glue on the tires. The leather seats are designed to wrap
around me and the fortunate passenger, holding you snug regardless of the
centrifugal force.
The car is also
for sale, if you are interested you can email John
here...
