In 1970, I fell in love with a purple Mustang, enough so that I was determined to eventually own one.
In 2001, I found a sad little '68 coupe that would become my long-awaited dream car.
Let's say that my newly purchased vehicle was just a "little worn" from years of abuse,
and I decided to take on the challenge of a complete restoration.

This is not the sort of project that I would normally ever attempt, but it just so happens that my son,
Ryan Hunt, is a highly-sought-after Automotive Technician and restoration enthusiast
from Salmon Arm B.C . He assured me that he would be happy to do this project for me.
Perhaps I should point out here that Ryan's first restoration project was an unrecognizable pile of
rusted metal that he purchased at age 13 from a farmer's field, and which to the surprise of a few
skeptic adults,  turned it into a show-stopping, trophy-winning 1951 Hotrod Ford pickup.
Thus, I knew I was in good hands.
My Mustang was finished in October of 2003.  Unfortunately, it went into storage two weeks later
and just came out this spring. It currently has only 575 miles on it since its restoration,
but I'm definitely working on that.

Arm.
The car was completely stripped to the steel, the paint is a Custom In-House

I'm extremely proud of my car, and I have great respect for all of those
whom spent the long hours and care that it took to create this wonderful project,
most especially my son, who worked many many nights into the wee smallhours doing this for me.

Cheers! buddy, this one is for us.
